1. I can't attack with my sword, what happened ?
Answer: After the first cutscene you lose your sword. You'll have to explore a bit to get it back.
2. After making a few clones I can't anymore, why ?
Answer: Soul Warrior Merope puts a unique spin on traditional extra life system. When you run out of hearts you lose a life
and the room resets. But if you don't have any extra lives and lose all your hearts you get sent to the very first room.
But also you use extra lives to summon clones and establish checkpoints. You're probably unable to make clones because you
ran out of lives which are displayed below the Heart Bar. You can get more lives by spending 100 Soul Shards on Life pillars
scattared throughout the game. (The game notifies you when you are in front of one)
3. What are Soul Shards ?
Answer: It's the items that drop from enemies when you defeat them. They are used for a lot of things.
4. I want to exit the game and take a rest for a bit. How do I save the game ?
Answer : The game autosaves. Everytime you start the game after exiting or returning to the home screen you'll be sent back
to the first room of the game but will retain all your progress and items gained.
You can also establish a checkpoint in any other room. By doing so you can return to the room by clicking on the icon that
appears on the map in the first room.
5. I feel like I don't understand all the controls properly. Can you tell me all of them at once ?
Answer : Yes I can !
Move = WAD
Jump = W or Space
Attack/ Continue Dialogue = Left Mouse Button
Clone = Right Mouse Button then click the platforms that appear
Climb Ladder/ Enter Door = W
Charge Attack = T
Tornado Spell/ Teleportation Spear = R
Ethereal Shuriken = Hold and Release Left Mouse Button
Return to Main Menu = Backspace
Close Game = Esc
Apple Shot = M
Establish Checkpoint = V
6. I'm stuck. Where do I go ?
Answer: Soul Warrior Merope is non-linear in nature. I wanted to create a sense of taking time to explore.
There is a proper progress route but you can go in any way you want
by thinking outside the box. Nevertheless, if you find yourself stuck and unable to continue I'll leave a hint down below:
After getting your sword. In a previous room where the path crosses in 4 directions choose to go up. That is the correct
path to follow. Verticality is important in this part
